PET POLICY INFORMATION: 

Pets: The acceptance of pets is at the discretion of each individual property owner. Per pet, applicant(s) are required to pay a non-refundable $300 pet fee, monthly pet rent, and a pet DNA fee (property specific). The number of pets is limited to two (2) per apartment, pet weight limit of 80lbs per pet.  

Accepted Pet Types:

• Cats 
• Birds 

• Fish & Reptiles (non-venomous and aquariums may not exceed 20 gallons)
• Dogs (restricted breeds: American Pit Bull Terriers, Bullmastiffs, Chow Chows, Dobermanns, Rottweilers, Staffordshire Terriers, Wolf hybrids)
• Small Caged Animal (limited to hamsters, gerbils, and rabbits)

All pets must have shots required by statute.  Please be prepared to show documentation.  

  
SUPPORT ANIMALS:

Darcorp Management Group, in accordance with Federal Fair Housing Laws, does not consider a support animal a pet, nor do we require or collect additional pet fees or rent for such. There is no pet application fee; however, we do require that you have your health provider complete our Letter for Assistance or Service Animals form, which indicates your need for a support animal. All support animals are prohibited from the property until the process is complete and approved.
